You will get an account manager when you work with DreamLogistics who is responsible for your warehouse. You will be able to reach this person by email, phone and personal cell phone. You will receive a login to our partner portal as soon as you are our customer, where you can see all of your deliveries together with other necessary statistics. In addition to our base services, you are able to add extra services such as, customer service, inbounding, or any of our other available services.

Complete 3PL solution means that we stock your products and integrate your system or shop with our logistics system. When an order comes in, it is directly visible in our system, and we can initiate the work of packing your order according to your wishes.

This will be visible for you when the order is packed and ready to ship, including tracking information. We take care of potential returns and claims and let you know when it is done.
